      I cannot locate the link to download the dummy data for Ample Business Pro. Can anyone help. I’m completely new to website building and struggling with Ample Themes to locate information. Even the support video is a couple of years out of date.

      After much searching, I’m managed to locate: https://documentation.amplethemes.com/ample-business-pro/. Why don’t you send this User Reference Guide with the confirmation email or at least somewhere obvious on your site?

      I’ve attempted three times to upload the “dummy data zip file” and keep getting this error message on WordPress. Can you assist?

      have you checked a video tutorial for setting up demo data? in our testing platform there is no error , if you have any error message, please provide login details we will set up demo data for you ,please provide your login detail at amplethemes@gmail.com,we will set up demo data for you free

      Yes, I’ve been following the out of date video step by step, pausing in between each action and even re-watching to ensure I am following correctly.

      hello good afternoon ,
      Sorry , you have such an experience during using this theme, sometimes due to hosting problem demo data does not import directly , need to do manually , can you please provide your site link and login details at amplethemes@gmail.com , we will see it what happen there, if there any problem we will solve for you ,due to lockdown and covid-19 effect , some staff is not able to work so unable to reply in time sorry for that ,please provide your login details we will set up demo data on your site
