Customize options under Appearance do not appear 2/27/2020 - Ample Themes

  I’m looking to customize my pages and there are no options other than Widgets visible/available. When I switch themes(to one of the WordPress core default themes) a full array of options are available under Customize.

  have you check our documentation ?, our theme is widgets based theme , please check once documentation if there is issues let know, we provide a video tutorial for set up a demo , please check once
