No, I want to keep the header, but for it to stay on the top of the page. After I updated your theme and WP itself, the header now scrolls down with the viewer instead of staying at the top. It also drops the background color out. Got to https://rurallandnearhouston.com and scroll down the page and you will see what I am talking about.
